Erin Griffith has served in multiple capacities over her 14 years in education. She has worked as an Aide, Teacher, Administrator, and is currently a Digital Learning Consultant for ESC Region 11, in Fort Worth Texas. She is an Edcamp Parker County Organizer, Instructional Coach, Edublogger, Co-Moderator for #Gueri11aEd Chat, Co-Organizer for E-Merge and Unbound Educators Conference and a passionate advocate for students owning their learning. She has been honored with several awards including: 2012 ESC Region 11 Secondary Teacher of the Year, 2012 Decatur ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year, 2012 McCarroll Middle School Teacher of the Year, 2011 Jack Harvey Award for Excellence in Teaching, and 2009 Azle ISD Campus Teacher of the Year.
