A mathmaker mash-up detailing the STEAM project delivered at Momath, National Museum of Mathematics in New York in January 2015. Join Melissa Silk from the International Grammar School in Sydney Australia, in creating your own beautiful lamp using origami sekkei (mathematical paper folding). The project includes ideas related to biomimicry, elementary symmetries, iteration and illumination while learning about structure, strength, stability, and translations - an aesthetic experience not to be missed!
